Enrique has over 20 years of experience working throughout the United States, Mexico, and Central and South America. Formerly the Technical Manager for Primus Labs and most recently WQS. Since his time with CQA he has been involved in the analysis and implementation of preventive/corrective actions for food processing operations having problems with recalls and potential outbreaks. He brings vast knowledge and background with cleaning program designs.
