COURSE SUMMARY / RESUMEN DE LA LECCIÓN
This course will discuss good documentation practices (GDPs)—the best practices for developing, approving, implementing, and maintaining documents that are part of your food safety plan. The second half will review the documents needed for each section of the LGMA Metrics (food safety practices).
You will need a computer or tablet with webcam and microphone. If the microphone is not strong, you may also run the audio through a phone. This is an interactive course–not a webinar–so be prepared to participate verbally and via chat in discussions and activities throughout the course!
LEARNING OBJECTIVES / OBJETIVOS DE APRENDIZAJE
By the end of this course, you should:
Understand the importance of good documentation practices.
Know what documents are required under the LGMA Metrics.
Be prepared to instruct and train your staff to properly complete documentation.
TARGET AUDIENCE / PÚBLICO OBJETIVO
This course is perfect for new food safety managers/directors, supervisors, or foremen, and those new to the LGMA requirements. It is also a great refresher for those with more experience.
